2-Hour hygiene wellness class for your nonprofit, community organization, or church located throughout the nation. For women ages 18 and older, helping them learn body-care basic and how to make natural & organic body products.
FREE 10-Week nation-wide mentorship program. For women ages 18 and older, helping them learn self-love so they may begin to heal, develop healthy habits, and live a more holistic lifestyle. We use self-healing tools such as journaling and meditation to help women develop into their best self.
Community Wellness Classes
1-hour food or skincare demonstration teaching women and their families how to use natural and organic ingredients to make vegetarian, vegan or raw meals, as well as DIY products to care for their bodies.
LIV Your Truth Through Yoga
12-Week wellness program for your yoga studio, nonprofit, community organization, or church located throughout the nation. For women ages 18 and older that assists people to live a healthier lifestyle through incorporating a committed yoga practice (minimum 30 minute yoga session, 3 days a week) and weekly 1-hour group discussions to help you achieve your wellness goals.
