Woman Whole and Well is a FREE 10-Week Self-Love nation-wide mentorship program.
What Is Included in the Mentorship Program
This is a FREE 10-week mentorship program providing individual women with 1-hour weekly one-on-one calls between the mentor and mentee, weekly on-line yoga classes via email, and assignments.
The 10-week mentorship program is designed to teach women ages 21 and older self-love tools that will:

I came to point in life that I needed a new path, as I approached the door to this new path Ciara was there to welcome me. She provided me with new techniques and views that I can use in my daily life and to deal with issues that nearly seemed impossible. She also gave me a vision of goals and dreams to a new enlighten journey. I appreciate all your time and attention.
Weight is a sensitive topic for most, so when I reached out for a detox I had no real goal in mind. I just knew that I had, had enough of getting bigger and bigger and needed to take control of my life. I called Ciara knowing she would give me what I needed to start out and I would figure out the rest from there. Little did I know that me calling her would turn into a whole "get my life session". I didn't know what to expect, but I was open and thirsty for knowledge and help to getting my health/weight back on track. Through our sessions, some of the best lessons I learned and still learning is that, Its okay to be selfish with me. 1)It's okay to take time to focus on myself to make sure that I am the best me, so in-turn I can be the best mother, daughter, friend and who/whatever else I need to be, and operating at 100%. 2) I learned and still learning to listen to my body, it really does tell you what it needs. 3) Live in the moment, remember the past, but leave it there 4) Everyone won't celebrate you, learn to celebrate yourself. 5) God is real, let him use you!
Through out this journey which is surely not over and actually just starting, I have lost 27 pounds, gained self confidence and found peace with not knowing what's to come, but trusting that everything will be okay.

You have taught me that despite my circumstances I still ha e to care for Sam; my circumstances cannot dictate to what degree I value me (and hence everyone else around me). You're a tough cookie!

$50 Root Healing - The Power of Your Story Through Meditation & Writing Session: Your donation supports up to 5 women providing them with journals to write in and a guided meditation practice during this 2-hour workshop as they journey from problem to resolution in their work to heal in an area of their life.
$100 Self-Care - The Prescription to Healthy Living Session: Your donation supports up to 10 women and men providing them with a 45-minute yoga session and education on methods to care for themselves through food, body products, and mindfulness & yoga practices during this 2-hour workshop.
$250 Woman Whole and Well Mentoring Program: Sponsor up to 5 women to participate in a 10-week Woman Whole and Well Mentoring Program providing them with 1-hour weekly one-on-one calls, weekly on-line yoga classes via email, and assignments to educate and guide them into their healthy living journey.
$500 Body-Care Class: Sponsor a class of up to 25 disadvantaged woman and men to participate in a 2-hour class providing them education on how to care for their body and make natural & organic body care products to support healthy hygiene. They will leave the class with self-made toothpaste, deodorant, body scrub, and body butter that they make and the knowledge to continue to make these easy products on their own with simple ingredients found at their local grocery store.
