Day: Every Sunday (with the exception of 11/26/2017, 12/24/2017, and 12/31/2017)
Time: 2:00 pm - 3:30 pm
What to expect: Bring a yoga mat, blanket, cushion, or chair to sit on for your level of comfort. Wear comfortable clothing. We will spend 30 minutes in guided meditation, 30 minutes connecting and focusing on healing, and 30 minutes listening to a wellness talk.
Age Requirements: Must be 18 years or older. Under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
